We are property managers that have served as board members.  We believe that this experience has made us keenly aware of the needs of association, their board of directors and its members.  As board members, we experienced the frustration of hiring management companies that did not follow through on their promises.  This motivated us to start a company that would make it its goal to offer the very best customer service possible.

Our goal is to build a reputation for having the absolute best customer service possible.  We strive to do this by servicing small and medium-sized associations that are traditional under-served because of their size and helping them get the proper service they deserve.  We want the associations that we service and its members to feel that someone is actually looking out for their best interest!
