The buildings that make up 350 South Shore Drive Condominium Association were originally designed by the famed architect Morris Lapidus and were subsequently frequently imitated throughout the North Beach area during what is now known as the MiMo era of architecture in South Florida. The original apartment buildings have since been renovate, with a condo conversion occurring in 2005.
The community prides itself on being small and intimate, with a great focus on maintaining camaraderie amongst its dwellers. Its unique location places it within a 15 minute walk from most North Beach staples but its seclusion in the privacy of Normandy Isle, allows those that live there to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Welcome to 350 South Shore Drive! Welcome to our secluded piece of paradise!
