4. How much are your property management fees?
Because we tailor a services packages for each of the individual associations we service, we cannot give a number outright. But, just as a reference, one of the main things that will determine the cost of service will be the number of units in the association. The smaller the association, the higher the cost per unit as there will be less units sharing the overall cost of services. As a rule of thumb, we charge $10-30 per unit depending on the size of the association and the amount of services being requested.

When we receive your request, we will take the necessary action to work with your board to resolve your issue. But if the issue needs immediate attention, but it is not an emergency situation, you may need to have someone that is at or near the property address the issue immediately. We can come out to address any issue but unfortunately, do have to charge to come out to the property if it is not a regularly scheduled visit.
